Collector's Fallacy

Collector's Fallacy is a subconscious belief that simply owning or acquiring an item or resource will give them the same level or understanding, skill, or experience as someone who has earned or created it. This leads to people gathering more and more resources without actually taking the time to understand them. It creates a false sense of accomplishment without putting in any efforts.
